Our herbs sold loose leaf and are cultivated with organic practices, and are cured with great care to preserve potency, hue, and aroma. Like our tea collection, our herbals are pure leaf, flowers and roots. Each herbal tea offered here is our unique vision of what a delicious daily herbal tea can be, while preserving the ritual and majesty herbs have on our experience when we stop to make ourselves a pot of tea.

Our coffees are cupped, profiled and roasted in small batches at our East Sacramento Coffee Roasting & Tea Studio, behind our Elvas Cafe location. Founder Nicholas Minton personally roasts each batch we offer, and carries decades of expertise in multiple Specialty Industries, coffee being one of them. The Mill is celebrating over 10 years in operation this year; enjoy our current selection of fresh crop & formulated coffee blends.
Welcome to our Tea House. We curate our tea list from decades of tea drinking experience and have crafted a selection here covering rare farm direct teas, naturally scented teas, and pu-erh. Our teas are sold loose leaf and packaged by hand in premium plant based biodegradable tea pouches at our East Sacramento tea studio.
