At The Mill, precise methods and a spirit of curiosity guide our hand. Begining with carefully selected beans from dedicated producers, each lot is gently roasted in our traditional drum roaster, where we coax out a blanace of flacor well suited to our unique approach to Specialty Coffee.

Our coffees are cupped, profiled & roasted in small batches at our East Sacramento Coffee Roasting & Tea Studio, behind our Mill Elvas Cafe location. The Mill is celebrating over 10 years in operation; enjoy our current selection of fresh crop single origins & formulated coffee blends.
