Night Bloom is a part of our recent release of uniquely formulated coffee blends we’ve been crafting together. The idea began as a quiet pursuit: to create coffee blends that share the interesting and expressive qualities of our single origin offerings. What followed was a deep and layered process—one that uncovered natural through lines and gave shape to what a Mill coffee formulation could become.
